Return time and shipping costs

It is always possible that the product does not meet your wishes and you want to return it. Lavenci accepts returns for any reason and gives a refund.

This is always possible if your order is returned to us for up to 30 days. The costs of return are for you, unless it is a fault of Lavenci. If it is our fault, we will refund the return costs. In cases where the error cannot be attributed to Lavenci, you are responsible for the return costs. We will then pay the order amount within 12 days of receipt of the return, provided that the product has already been returned in a good order.

 

Return conditions

If you return a product, the product must be returned to Lavenci with all accessories supplied and in the original condition and packaging. In addition, the product must not be dirty or damaged. Finally, you must add our return form completed with the return package.

The correct return address with all relevant information can be founded on our return form.

 

Shipment

• Add the return form to your return package
• Return the package to a post office
• Keep the shipping receipt safe
