Guarantee
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to warranty. Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of the discovery of the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Warranty period
Lavenci has a 6-month service guarantee. Within this period, if the defect has been approved by our service department, your product can be replaced or, at your option, the repair costs partly reimbursed. For both options, any necessary shipping costs will be covered by Lavenci.
Requirements for acceptance of claims under our warranty
• The product has been used under normal conditions
• The washing label was fully followed during the use of the product
• The claim must be reported immediately within 2 months after the error occurred
• There is a proof of purchase that matches the ordered product
Cases which invalidate our warranty
• Not following our washing and maintenance instructions
• Damage (s) caused by sharp objects
• Damage (s) caused by chemicals
• Damage (s) caused by poor storage or neglect
• Damage (s) caused by wear against abrasive surfaces
• Damage (s) caused by sunlight or other natural phenomena

These warranty conditions are subject to the Dutch statutory legislation for E-commerce.

Complaints
We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing info@lavenci.com. From 15 February 2016, it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
