SHIPMENT


Our shipments are processed by post partners PostNL and DHL. Furthermore, the estimated delivery time and shipping costs differs per country and depend on where the product has to be shipped. If your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping information and your identical tracking number. All shipping costs include VAT. Please keep in mind that during holidays and promotions the shipping time may be longer. We do everything we can to process your order within 5 working days.

Estimated Delivery Dates

We strive to process the shipment internally within 5 working days after receipt of your order. If your product is shipped by us, you will receive a unique tracking number by email that is linked to your order. This mail is partly prepared by an external shipping partner. Finally, you should note that the processing and adjustment of the tracking number can take up to 48 hours.

 

Undeliverable or refused packages

Lavenci is not responsible for package deliveries that are not accepted and/ or are not available. This can occur, for example, in situations where your forwarded shipping address proves invalid. Finally, Lavenci is not responsible for lost packages, incorrectly delivered packages.

 

Product inspection

All Lavenci customers need to check their own expectations of our received goods. In accordance with this guideline, it can be ensured that you as a customer have the opportunity to check the order received on your expectations. If the order does not meet your expectations, you can send an email to info@lavenci.com. You must clearly state the following dates in this email: your personal invoice number, your contact details stated when ordering and finally a problem description with photos for evidence.

 

Ordering guidelines

All products in our web shop are determined on the basis of the reported availability in numbers. This means that an inventory level per product is displayed in numbers to determine how many products are actually still available in our stock. In addition, your order will be processed if the payment for this order has been received. If our stock was not sufficient at the time the product was ordered and therefore deviates from our notified availability, we will contact you.

 

Force of the majority

If there is force majeure present (for example in the event of a strike, extreme weather conditions, pandemics or a war), Lavenci's shipping obligations will be suspended during the period of force majeure.

 

Product representation

The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Recently we have done a lot to accurately depict the colors, they may differ from the illustrations or used images. As a result, there is a chance that the products may deviate from the applied illustration or image in our webshop.

 

Damaged orders or shipping errors

We strive to provide our customers with products that meet high quality standards. If you have received damaged or wrong product(s) for the time being, please contact our customer service via our email address (info@lavenci.com) or via Whatsapp (+31) 06 22 76 99 37. However, you should contact us within 30 working days to be eligible for an appropriate solution that is determined based on the situation. Also, for full refunds, your product must be received by us within 30 days.
