1. Select products and add to cart

Make sure you have selected the right product(s) in our web shop. You can do this by clicking on the product that you want, and then selecting the button "Add to cart". Just make sure to select the correct quantities, sizes and colours.

 

2. To shopping cart

If you have added all the products in the shopping cart, go to your personal shopping cart via the "shopping cart" icon. Via this webpage you can pay for the selected products by clicking on "Order". You will then be given the option to create an account at Lavenci. PAY ATTENTION! This is not required. After that you have to make sure that your personal information, such as your delivery address, are complete and correct.

 

3. Checking and paying

Once you have provided us with your personal information, you can select different payment methods for your order. Make sure you first do a check to determine if your personal information is correct filled in, and if the correct products are in your order overview. Then you need to select the correct shipping method and to control if this has been applied correctly. Finally, you also have the option to enter a promotional code for a discount. When you apply a discount code, the total amount is automatically processed for the payment of your order.

 

4. Checkout order

You can use various payment methods in our web shop. For an overview you can consult the PAYMENT OPTIONS link. After your order has been placed, you will automatically receive an e-mail with the confirmation of receipt. You will then receive an another email with the shipping information after your product leaves our warehouse and is transferred to our shipping partners.
